New life in the high street

Are you a business, charity or community interest company interested in starting to trade or operate on one of South Gloucestershire Council’s eight high street areas? 

The eight high street areas are: 

• Kingswood
• Chipping Sodbury 
• Downend
• Filton
• Hanham
• Staple Hill
• Station Road - Yate 
• Thornbury 

Or do you own a commercial property on a high street in South Gloucestershire? 

South Gloucestershire Council’s Vacant Commercial Property Grant Scheme supports landlords, property owners and businesses and to bring vacant high street commercial units back into use.
